We are looking for committed and qualified gardeners for the location in Hamburg. Work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the maintenance and design of our green spaces. If you are physically fit and possess a Class B driver’s license, this is the place for you!
Tasks:

Maintenance of green spaces

Execution of winter services (spreading salt) in winter

Working in various areas of garden maintenance

Protective equipment is provided
Requirements:

Language: German language skills of at least B1 level

Driver’s license: Class B

Work experience: Experience in the respective field is required

Soft Skills: Communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
We offer:

Performance-based salary: 2,500 EUR monthly

Work clothing provided

A fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of permanent employment after 9 months with good job performance

Working hours: 40 hours per week, from 07:00 to 16:00 (sometimes until 16:30)

25 vacation days per year

Salary paid on the 15th of each month, inflation allowance of 125 EUR net, and a performance bonus if the company performs well (1,600 - 2,000 EUR in April), employee bonus of 1,500 EUR
