Job description:
We are looking for an order picker for the fish industry in Hamburg, starting immediately. If you are physically fit and flexible with working hours, this job might be for you.
Tasks:

Lifting boxes weighing from 5 kg to 15 kg onto roll containers

Labeling boxes with destination information

Scanning goods and preparing them for shipment to markets

Verifying batches for traceability

Ensuring quality standards – no direct contact with unpackaged fish
Requirements:

Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 15 kg

Willingness to work flexible hours

Career changers are welcome – experience in order picking is not mandatory
We offer:

Flexible working hours: Monday to Saturday (5-day week), one additional day off besides Sunday

Working in a cold storage environment (0 to 2 degrees Celsius)

Pay: starting wage from €14.00 to €14.50 per hour, negotiable based on performance after the probationary period

Overtime regulation: compensation or payment with a 25% bonus after 43 hours of work

Holiday and Christmas bonuses after the probationary period
