We are currently looking for a dedicated machine operator to join our team. You will work in a specialized manufactory where craftsmanship and individual coordination are highly valued. Tasks:

Operating and monitoring machines for the production of high-quality products.

Executing work orders according to specifications.

Collaborating with colleagues in a motivating work environment.
Requirements:

Initial experience as a machine operator or technical understanding is advantageous.

Logical thinking and reliability.

Good German language skills (minimum B2).

Flexible commute (maximum 1 hour) – carpooling will be organized.

Working Hours:

Currently only day shifts: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM (Fridays until 01:00 PM).

Second shift is being planned.

Vacation & Benefits:

30 days of vacation.

€1,000 vacation bonus and €1,300 Christmas bonus.

Monthly allowance of €50 net.

Compensation:

Attractive hourly wage starting at €15.30, with a salary increase after the probationary period.
