Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated Object Manager with a Class B driver's license and completed vocational training in building cleaning, hotel management, or housekeeping. You will be responsible for organizing the cleaning staff and ensuring quality standards are met.
Tasks:

Maintenance and expansion of existing contracts

Regular organization of the deployment of employees and supervisors

Daily quality checks in private, commercial, and school buildings

Attendance control of cleaning staff and monitoring of working hours compliance

Creation of area and work plans

Monitoring of safety regulations and active accident prevention by eliminating hazards

Training in work methodology and occupational safety

Ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and hygiene standards
Requirements:

German language skills at least B2/C1 level

Completed vocational training as a building cleaner, in hotel management, or housekeeping; career changers with experience in building cleaning are also welcome

Affinity for order and hygiene
