Job description:

Tasks:

Operating equipment (e.g., packaging machines and palletizers)

General cleaning, maintenance, and repair of production equipment

Loading products onto trucks and monitoring load security
-
Controlling and monitoring production processes, intervening in case of malfunctions

Filling and storing big bags as well as repairing and repacking damaged goods

Receiving and storing delivered goods

Documenting maintenance and inspection activities
Requirements:
-
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, locksmith, welder) or equivalent qualifications

Technical understanding and manual dexterity

Willingness to work shifts and flexibility in deployment

Team spirit, reliability, and meticulous working style

Driver’s license class B (preferred)

Experience in operating forklifts (essential)

Knowledge of load securing and basic IT skills

Good German language skills (B1+ level)

Working Conditions:

Working hours: 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday (07:00–15:30), no weekend work

Vacation: 30 days per year, plus additional days off on December 24th and 31st

Compensation: Attractive starting salary from €17/hour, with potential for increases, as well as vacation and annual bonuses
