Job description:

As a production employee, you will assemble and package medical products in a cleanroom environment. You will benefit from regulated working hours, development opportunities, and attractive additional benefits such as a public transport subsidy (HVV) and German language courses.

Tasks:

  • Operation of equipment (e.g., packaging machines and palletizers)

  • General cleaning, maintenance, and repair of production equipment

  • Loading products onto trucks and monitoring load security

  • Controlling and monitoring production processes with potential interventions in case of disruptions

  • Filling and storing Big Bags as well as repairing and repacking damaged goods

  • Receiving and storing delivered goods

  • Documentation of maintenance and inspection tasks

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Manual dexterity in handling small parts

  • Work Ethic: Structured, proactive, and independent approach to tasks

  • Quality Awareness: High sense of responsibility and focus on quality

  • Language Skills: German proficiency of at least A2-B1
