Tasks:

Administrative Support and Management: You will be responsible for the administrative processing and management of commercial topics in facility management. This also includes detailed scheduling for our maintenance technicians.

Coordination of External Service Providers: From awarding contracts to scheduling and performance checks, you are the contact person for external service providers. Additionally, you will handle the inspection and processing of related invoices.

Monitoring Maintenance and Repair Work: You will keep track of all upcoming maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes the timely procurement of replacement parts of the required quality.

Employee Support and Complaints Management: You are the point of contact for all employee inquiries, from key management to handling complaints and providing support in facility management matters.
Requirements:

Commercial Training: You have successfully completed your training and gained some initial work experience.

Service Orientation and Independence: Your independent and service-oriented approach makes you a competent point of contact for our employees and service providers.

Organizational Skills: You maintain an overview, work in a structured manner, and can adapt flexibly to new challenges, even in stressful situations.

Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and appreciate open communication within the team.

Language Skills: Very good German skills (B2-C1) to meet the demands of the position.
