Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated system administrator for IT security for a well-known company in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Your work will be in a full-time position.
Tasks:
- Responsible for the administration, maintenance and further development of the servers, systems and network environment
- Participation in the further development of IT security in close cooperation with the IT manager
- Carrying out technical support for employees and software deployment based on ManageEngine
- Management of the existing communication infrastructure
- Monitoring the SAP server production environment
- Independent implementation of processes and systems, taking ITIL service into account
Requirements:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification through professional experience
- At least two years of professional experience with in-depth knowledge of network technologies and IT security strategies
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft server products and VMware vSphere
- Basic database knowledge (MS SQL) is required, Linux knowledge desirable
- Reliability, solution orientation and independent work
- Good knowledge of German
