Job description:

We are looking for experienced technical clerks in work preparation for a successful company in Hamburg Wandsbek/Jenfeld. If you have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have professional experience in clerical work, you are exactly what we need! You will be part of a motivated team and contribute to the planning and optimization of production processes.

Tasks:

  • Planning of production orders with the aim of optimal machine utilization in terms of cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery dates

  • Provision of production documents and occupancy plans

  • Management of efficient raw material use

  • Participation in machine and shift scheduling plans regarding capacity utilization and requirements

  • Planning of personnel resources in production

  • Analysis and optimization of workflows

  • Pre- and post-calculation

  • Coordination with involved departments as well as coordination and monitoring of optimizations

  • Inspection of goods before delivery for quality, material, quantity, and execution

  • Creation and maintenance of master data (articles, bills of materials, etc.)

  • Coordination of assemblies

  • Working with the SAGE program (similar to SAP)

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g., office clerk, office management)

  • Experience in commercial clerical work

  • Experience in one of the following areas is an advantage: work preparation, plastics processing, pipeline construction, CNC machining

  • Good communication skills

  • Results-oriented working style with a high level of commitment and reliability

  • Organizational skills, independence, and assertiveness

  • Structured and process-oriented thinking with a good understanding of numbers

  • High-quality awareness

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Mathematical understanding (ability to calculate components)

  • Understanding of technology, sizes, and shapes

  • Computer skills

  • German language skills at least B2 level
